By reading Still Missing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms may change; continued use means you accept the current version.
1. Editorial content
Still Missing is an independent editorial publication. Its case files are researched journalism built from law-enforcement statements, public records, and reputable reporting. They are not legal advice, not investigative services, and not official statements of any law enforcement agency or government body.
2. No speculation as fact; presumption of innocence
Theories discussed on this site are labeled as theories and presented with their sources. We do not present rumors or unverified social-media claims as findings. Every living person mentioned on this site is presumed innocent of any wrongdoing unless a court of law has found otherwise. We do not name private individuals as suspects.
3. We do not take tips
If you have information about a missing person, contact the investigating agency listed on the case profile or your local law enforcement. Do not submit tips through this site’s forms or its advertising-supported pages — we are not investigators and do not operate a tip line. In an emergency, dial 911.
4. Accuracy and corrections
We work hard to get every fact right, but errors can occur. If you spot one, email us at corrections@stillmissingcases.com. Errors are fixed promptly and noted at the foot of the affected article. If a family asks us to amend or remove a profile, we listen first.
5. Intellectual property
All original text, design, and layout on this site are the property of Still Missing. Missing-person photographs are family- or law-enforcement-released awareness images and remain subject to their sources’ rights. You may link to our pages and share short excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish full articles without permission.
6. Respectful standards
If you contact us or use our pages, you agree not to submit content that harasses, defames, or endangers anyone — especially the families of the missing. We never contact families for content, and we expect our readers to extend the same restraint.
7. Advertising
This site may display third-party advertising, including personalized advertising governed by the advertiser’s own policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Still Missing is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, its content. Nothing here modifies the rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
